Dual Extruders Working Independently
The dual extruders on the MD-400D work independently and are not bundled, allowing for flexible and precise control. When using only one extruder, the other extruder is moved away from the print area to prevent unwanted filament overflow onto the printed object. However, the extruders can also work simultaneously and independently if higher productivity is required.

MD-400D is a flexible, high performance and commercial industrial 3d printer. It's equipped with two types of extruders, therefore various printing needs can be met selecting the matching module according to different types of filaments.
Large Build Volume

Flexible PEI Platform

Free Leveling

During the printing process, the air filtration system can effectively clean particles (including nanoparticles) in the air. The system operates silently to ensure a quiet working environment.
Fully Metal Enclosed Structure
The fully enclosed structure of the MD-400D helps maintain temperatures printing with ABS and other advanced materials for high-quality prints. This reduces issues like model shrinkage, warping at corners, and broken filaments, ensuring good print results, high precision, and a high success rate.
Smart Resume Printing Function
The machine can automatically resume printing after power-off, less worries on print failure.
